Director of Rugby
HS Boys - Head Coach
Mal is the co-founder of the club. He has coached for over 25 years. Mal is also an engineer.
Will Cobb
HS Girls - Head Coach
Will Cobb is a founding player at Coventry Rugby. At Mount St. Mary's University, he played for and managed the Division 1 Men's Rugby Program. As a versatile backline utility player, Coach Cobb brings a wealth of experience to his coaching approach. Will is also a teacher at OJR HS.
Jake Smith
U16 Boys - Head Coach
After starting his career at Coventry Rugby, Jake played for Kutztown University, Rugby United NY U23, Old Glory U23, and the Mid-Atlantic Sharks - mostly in front row positions. Jake is also a basketball coach.
Bill Kenney
Coach of Boys Teams
Coach Bill was introduced to rugby at Juniata College in 1994 and has been playing ever since. A passionate fan of the sport, he enjoys traveling to watch top-tier rugby. With over a decade of coaching experience, he is dedicated to sharing his knowledge and love for the game with the next generation of players.
