WINTER PROGRAMS - DECEMBER & JANUARY
- 3 Sessions A Week - Two Evenings (Indoors) And Sunday Afternoons (Outdoors - Weather Dependent)
- Boys & Girls Grades 5th - 12th Grade WINTER PROGRAMS
- Intro To Rugby - (Controlled Contact) - WINTER (5th Grade - 8th Grade Boys & Girls)
    - Rugby SAS Training (Speed, Agility & Strength) Strength & Fitness Training - WINTER - (7th Grade - 12th Grade Boys & Girls)
    - Girls Winter Rugby - Development Training, Intro Rugby Training & SAS - A little of Both Programs - (7th - 12th Grade Girls)
